) It’s an amazing 12 week opportunity to learn all about the basics of the Christian faith and have all your big and pressing questions answered in a safe, encouraging environment. As part of the course you usually do a weekend away together to go in depth with some of the sessions.
The Hope Men have been doing the Alpha Course together for the last little while and it has been so deep and inspiring, with lots of guest speakers from all walks of life. Their weekend away last week was incredible with 35 men present on a beautiful farm just an hour away from Hope Centre. Every evening there was powerful worship, but most importantly the men could just be themselves. The conversations were honest, the fellowship close (and funny!) and the weekend ended with eight men choosing to be baptised on a beautiful day in the sea! Go Hope Men, from strength to strength!
