When we hit the year, we apparently hit the year running 🏃🏾♀️🏃🏻! Hope Centre has been a busy place these last few weeks.
Our Beyond Kids have been so excited to start up again and get their hands on their beloved Lego, next to their educational program and their active time with dance, soccer and outings ⚽
Teacher Lucinda is now Social-Auxiliary-Worker-To-Be Lucinda and is involved in various programs in the Drop-In Centre as well as Home visits in the community, all while studying on the side 📚
Hope ECD is in full swing, even if the two classrooms are still running at limited capacity. Teaching Principal Carmen and the others have been challenged creatively to re-think every day activities and decorating cupcakes was clearly a big hit! 🧁
Our OT Amy did a Positive Discipline workshop for our team and we brainstormed how to apply this into all our programmes. It’s great to equip ourselves further to serve all the amazing kiddos and their families better 💚
