With our preschool teachers back from leave our team came together for a reconnect, brainstorm and share session yesterday. There was also croissants 🥐 which makes everything better 😅 We had a great time collecting questions and uncertainties hanging over our heads (sound familiar, anyone? 🤯😅) as our programs start rolling out again under the current restrictions. Even if there wasn’t always an answer to every question, we were able to talk about what we DO know and what we CAN decide together 💪🏾 We then moved into a time of reflecting on the needs of the communities around us and how and if we are meeting them in a relevant way still. Now that we have quite a few team members from those very communities among us, it is amazing to hear their inside scope on things, which increases the impact of everything happening at Hope Centre 💥 And lastly, because nothing can be done if our team is done 🥵, we chatted about the needs of the H&F Team and how best those can be met in order to be equipped, strengthened, encouraged and motivated to do the work the Lord entrusted us every day with love, care and quality 💚 What’s left to say? Hello 2021, here we come 💃🏼🕺🏿💃🏿🕺🏼!
